“I don’t know which cargo to trust.”
Only verified agencies with real departures appear, each with a Certified badge, ratings from real shipments, years in business and contacts. You can report an agency, with evidence.
“I never know when the next departure is, or if there is space.”
A calendar shows each agency’s departure dates, every voyage shows the space left, and full departures are greyed out.
“The price changes at the counter.”
The price comes from the agency’s published rates, minimum charge and packaging, and the same figure is recorded on your booking. Refused items are flagged before you book.
“Where is my parcel?”
A timeline with every status, warehouse photos, customs notices and the live position of the flight or ship.
“Talking to the cargo on WhatsApp is chaos.”
Each parcel has its own chat with the agency, and you can add your recipients.
“Sending one small parcel is expensive.”
Join or open a “Send together” group to share a cheaper rate, or book a promotion on a departure that still has space.
“I have a big load to ship.”
Post your load once and compare offers side by side on price, transit time, departure date and rating.
“I need to buy the goods abroad first.”
Use “Help me buy”: receive quotes from sourcing agents, accept or negotiate, and follow your order until the goods are ready.
“I need my records.”
See your agency’s invoices and a yearly summary you can export.

“I only learn the parcel arrived when someone calls me.”
The sender shares a QR code or link with you. Scan it to join the app with your details filled in, and follow the parcel yourself.
“I don’t know where to collect it.”
The app shows your pickup station’s address, opening hours, phone and WhatsApp, with a map that opens your navigation app.
“Someone else could take my parcel.”
The parcel is handed over only with your 6-digit code, which locks after five wrong tries.
“I can’t reach the agency.”
You can be added to the parcel’s chat with the sender and the agency.
No app? Follow the parcel from the tracking link the sender shares. It shows the status, never the price.
Your next parcel, followed from start to finish.
